0165 (3a) Licensor observed cut plant stems were protruding from the ground that can be a hazard. Licensor observed an overgrowth of blackberry thorn bush growing over the wood fence. 0165 (3b) Licensor observed the gas fire place was warm to the touch and accessible to children. 0165 (3e) Licensor observed the outdoor ground (dirt area) was uneven and can be a hazard when children are running outdoors. Sprinkler was sticking out of the dirt that causing a tripping hazard. 0165 (5a) Licensor observed 8 outlets in the childcare space were not tamper resistant.
